Baked Salmon Steaks Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon steaks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt and black pepper.
- Place salmon steaks onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the marinade generously on each salmon steak.
- Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon steak. The salmon is cooked properly when it flakes easily with a fork.
Serving suggestions:
Serve the baked salmon steaks with a side of roasted asparagus or a simple salad. You can also add a dollop of garlic butter on top of the salmon steaks for extra flavour. Bon appétit!
