Ingredients

  • 2 whole sea bream, gutted and scaled
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  2. Score the sea bream on both sides and rub the chopped garlic into the slits. Place the sliced lemons inside the fish.
