Baked Stuffed Squid Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 squid tubes (cleaned and tentacles removed)
  • 1/2 cup cooked white rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked chopped baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped kalamata olives
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
