Ingredients:

  • 250 grams cannelloni tubes
  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 200 grams reblochon cheese, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cook cannelloni tubes in a large pot of boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
