  • Chilled Prosecco or Champagne
  • Sugar or honey (optional)

  2. Strain the peach puree through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or skin.
  3. Stir in sugar or honey, if desired, to sweeten the puree to taste.
  4. Chill the peach puree for at least one hour.
