Ingredients

  • 1 lb pork cheek
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Burgundy wine
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions
