Ingredients

  • 1 package of cannelloni pasta tubes
  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried thyme

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the cannelloni pasta according to the package directions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain the fat and add the onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme. Cook for an additional 5 minutes, then add the tomato sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
