Cannelloni Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box cannelloni pasta
  • 1 pound ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook cannelloni pasta according to package instructions and rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, chopped basil, salt and pepper.
  4. Fill each cannelloni with the cheese mixture and arrange them in a baking dish.
