Cannelloni with Spinach, Ricotta, Walnuts, and Ham
Ingredients
- 12 cannelloni tubes
- 300g spinach
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 50g walnuts, chopped
- 100g ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 400g canned tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 100g grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Cook the cannelloni tubes according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft, about 5 minutes.
- Add the canned tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add the spinach, ricotta cheese, walnuts, and ham to the pan. Mix well.
- Fill each cannelloni tube with the spinach and ricotta mixture. Place the tubes in a baking dish.
- Pour the tomato sauce over the cannelloni tubes and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the cannelloni is cooked through.
