Ingredients

  • 12 oz. dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3 cup chopped almonds
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 tsp. sea salt

Directions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth.
  3. Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped almonds, shredded coconut, and sea salt.
  4. Pour the mixture onto the parchment paper and spread it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to harden.
  6. Once the chocolate has hardened, break it up into small pieces and serve.
