Classic mimosa cake (Cake covered with sponge cake cubes)


Classic Mimosa Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 can of mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 can of crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Follow the instructions on the yellow cake mix, adding in the mandarin oranges (with the juice) while mixing.
