Ingredients:
- 6 large tomatoes
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
