Club Sandwiches: Salmon Recipe

This recipe will show you how to create delicious club sandwiches with a twist – using savory smoked salmon instead of traditional meat options. It is a perfect light lunch or snack for you and your family.

Ingredients:

  • 8 slices bread, toasted
  • 8 oz. smoked salmon
  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
  • 4 lettuce leaves, washed and dried
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 slices of bacon, cooked crispy
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly on each slice of toasted bread.
