Crunchy Sesame Nougat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups sesame seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large saucepan, mix together the honey, sugar and water.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved.
