Pizza Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup warm water (110-115°F)
- 1 package (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 to 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 3/4 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- In a large bowl, stir together warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes, or until the mixture becomes foamy.
- Add olive oil, salt, and 2 1/2 cups of flour to the bowl. Knead the mixture with your hands until a smooth and elastic dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour as needed.

- Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Cut the pizza into slices and serve hot.
