Fricassee of Chatrou and Plantain Bananas Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Chatrou fish, cleaned and cut into pieces
  • 2 ripe Plantain bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon thyme leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
