Fried Dough Dumpling Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Oil for deep frying

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add lukewarm water and vegetable oil to the bowl. Mix until dough forms.

  6. Flatten each ball of dough into a somewhat thick circle and fry each side until golden brown. Flip once and repeat until both sides are crispy fried.
