Ingredients:

  • 500g Penne pasta
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Pine nuts
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
