Haddock and Leek Gratin Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 large leeks, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pound fresh haddock fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the leeks and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
