Homemade Kebab Recipe with Turkey
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, minced onion, chopped parsley, minced garlic, olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions, and shape each one into a long and thin sausage shape around a skewer.
- Grill the kebabs over medium-high heat, turning occasionally until cooked through and golden brown on all sides (about 12-15 minutes).
Serving Suggestions:
