Hong Kong-style Rack of Pork

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs rack of pork
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, five spice powder, black pepper, and garlic.
  2. Add the rack of pork to the marinade and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
