Ice Cream Bites

Ingredients:

  • 1 pint of ice cream (flavor of your choice)
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using an ice cream scoop, scoop out small balls of ice cream and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  3. Stick a toothpick in the center of each ice cream ball and freeze for 30 minutes or until the ice cream is hard.
