Lemon Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Once sugar has dissolved, remove from heat and stir in lemon juice and salt.

  5. Repeat until the sorbet is completely frozen and has a smooth, icy consistency.
