Mackerel marinated in tarragon

Ingredients:

  • 4 fresh mackerel fillets
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh tarragon leaves, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions:

  1. Rinse the mackerel fillets, pat dry with a paper towel, and place them in a large shallow dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the tarragon, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the marinade over the mackerel fillets, coating them well on both sides.
