Ingredients
- 2 live Manche Blue lobsters
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
- 2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat.
- Place your lobsters in the boiling water and cook for 7-10 minutes, or until they turn bright red.
- Remove the lobsters from the water and let them cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, prepare your hazelnut butter. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, chopped parsley, chives, tarragon, chopped hazelnuts, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
