Menthol balls recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of corn syrup
- 1/4 cup of water
- 10-12 drops of pure peppermint essential oil
- A pinch of salt
- A drop or two of green food coloring (optional)
- Powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions:
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
