Ingredients:

  • 1 package (14 oz) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten

Instructions:
