Ingredients:

  • 1 Mont d’Or cheese (250 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 baguette, sliced and toasted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the Mont d’Or cheese from its packaging and place it in an oven-safe dish with high edges.
  3. Using a knife, make small slits in the top of the cheese and stuff minced garlic and dried thyme into each slit.
  4. Drizzle olive oil on top of the cheese.
  5. Place the dish with the cheese in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly on the surface.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
