Pan-Fried Lobster with Anise Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Lobster tail
- 1 tbsp. Anise seeds
- 1 tsp. Sea salt
- 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp. Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs of Thyme
- 1 Lemon, halved
Instructions:
- Remove the lobster tail from the shell and remove the vein from the center. Slice the lobster tail into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
