Pan-Fried Lobster with Anise Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Lobster tail
  • 1 tbsp. Anise seeds
  • 1 tsp. Sea salt
  • 1 tsp. Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 sprigs of Thyme
  • 1 Lemon, halved

Instructions:

  1. Remove the lobster tail from the shell and remove the vein from the center. Slice the lobster tail into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  5. Flip the lobster over and cook on the other side for an additional 2-3 minutes.
