Ingredients:

  • 1 pound pasta (penne, fusilli, or spaghetti)
  • 2 cans of tuna (in olive oil or water)
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
