- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
- 2 peaches, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove chops from skillet and set aside.
- Add onion, garlic, and ginger to skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until onion is softened.
- Stir in peaches, apple cider vinegar, honey, cinnamon, and allspice. Cook for 5 minutes or until peaches are soft and mixture is slightly thickened.
- Return pork chops to the skillet and spoon peach chutney over the top.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until pork is cooked through and tender.
Serving Suggestions:
Serve the peach chutney pork chops with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. The sweetness of the chutney pairs well with bitter greens like arugula or radicchio.
