Potato and Tuna Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 pound potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place sliced potatoes in a pot of boiling salted water and cook for 15-20 minutes or until fork tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and transfer to a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
