Potato Cake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and grated
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Squeeze the grated potatoes with a kitchen towel to remove as much moisture as possible.
