Potato Dumplings Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 medium-sized potatoes
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 4 cups boiling water
Directions:
- Peel and chop the potatoes into small pieces. Boil them in a pot of salted water until they’re soft, then drain and mash them in a bowl.
- Add the egg, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes and mix well.
