Potatoes with Cheddar and Bacon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large pot, add potatoes and enough water to cover.
