Ingredients

  • 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup almonds, blanched and slivered
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. In a small pan, toast the slivered almonds over medium heat until lightly browned. Set aside.
