Prawns with Almonds
Ingredients
- 500g prawns, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup almonds, blanched and slivered
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- In a small pan, toast the slivered almonds over medium heat until lightly browned. Set aside.
