Puffed Quiche with Cheese Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry into a 9-inch tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of the puff pastry.
  5. Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is puffed and golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
