Puffed Quiche with Cheese Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry into a 9-inch tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork and bake for 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on the bottom of the puff pastry.
- Pour egg mixture over the cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is puffed and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
