Rack of Lamb in a Parsley and Mustard Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of lamb (8 chops per rack)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions:
