Yogurt and Berries Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- In a blender or food processor, blend together the yogurt, mixed berries, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds, leaving about 1/2 inch of space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until completely frozen.
- To remove popsicles from molds, run the outside of the mold under warm water for a few seconds until the popsicles easily slide out.
