Reblochon burger – Delicious


Reblochon Burger Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 slices Reblochon cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices of tomato

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Form the beef mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
  3. Preheat a grill or a pan to medium heat.
  4. Grill or cook the patties on the pan for 4-5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  5. Once the patties are cooked, place one slice of Reblochon cheese on top of each patty and let it melt for about a minute.
  6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a pan until they are lightly golden brown
  7. Spread the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard on the bottom of each burger bun.
  8. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the spread on the bottom bun.
  9. Place the burger patty with the melted cheese on top of the lettuce and tomato slice of each bun.
  10. Cover with the top of the bun and serve.
