Ingredients

  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
