Roast Pork Stuffed with Plums Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (4-5 pound) boneless pork loin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup fresh plums, pitted and chopped

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Cut a slit down the center of the pork loin, being careful not to cut through to the other side.
