Salmon and Leek Quiche Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of store bought puff pastry, thawed
  • 200g cooked salmon, flaked
  • 1 large leek, sliced and washed
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese (Cheddar or Gruyere)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch (23cm) tart or quiche dish with cooking spray.
