Salmon Nuggets Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Directions:
