Salmon Nuggets Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb salmon fillet, skin removed and cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Directions:
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, flour, Parmesan cheese, dill, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten egg and Dijon mustard.
- Dip each piece of salmon into the egg mixture, then coat with the crumb mixture, pressing down to adhere.
- Heat about 1 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the salmon nuggets in batches and cook until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Transfer the cooked nuggets to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce. Tartar sauce or sweet chili sauce works well for salmon nuggets.

These delicious salmon nuggets are crispy on the outside and moist and flavorful on the inside. They make a great appetizer or a main course. Perfect for any occasion!
