Seafood Carbonara Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 6 ounces pancetta, diced
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops, cleaned
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
Instructions
- Heat a large pot of salted water to boiling. Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water before draining.
