Semifreddo Tiramisu Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 1/2 cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup coffee, cold
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 24 ladyfingers
  • Cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions:

  12. Dust with cocoa powder and slice to serve.
