Skewers of Veal Saltimbocca
Ingredients:
- 1 pound of thinly sliced veal
- 8 thin slices of prosciutto
- 8 large fresh sage leaves
- 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of dry white wine
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 skewers
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or heat up your grill pan.
