Soft Focaccia Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups warm water
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • Coarse sea salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. Add the warm water and olive oil. Mix until a soft and elastic dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until it is smooth.
