Ingredients

  • 20-25 conchiglioni shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Cook the conchiglioni shells according to package instructions until al dente. Rinse with cold water, drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, egg, basil, parsley, oregano, salt and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  6. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
