Stuffed Mozzarella Roll Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16-ounce) tube of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 ounces of mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses, garlic, and fresh basil on top of the rolled-out dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.
